Several ITRA profiles seem to belong to you? Your race results appear in different profiles?
You can merge your different profiles via your ITRA account
How to merge a runner file with my ITRA's account?
- Connect to your account on itra.run
- Click on Runner Space > My account > Personal information > Linkages
- Select "Link my account to : A runner space"
- Tick on each file corresponding with your results and click on "Link the pages ticked". If you don't find a file with your name, try to reverse first name and last name, or make another search without the birth of year or nationality.
- You have also the possibility to upload an official document (identity card, passport) to justify your identity. This will give you access to the "Mistakes" page. We do not keep the document sent, they are only used for validation purpose.
Please note that the request are not automatically validated, it can take some days to validate them.
Once validated, all your results and ITRA points will be on the same profile.
How it works ?
In order to add the result of a race into your ITRA profile, the race must appear in our website in the "Calendar" or "Results" part. The results must have been sent by the organizer. If the results of a race do not appear, the organizer might won’t sent the results yet.
Why a duplicated file can be created ?
Once organizers upload the results on their accounts an input error might be done with your name, first name, date of birth and/or nationality > A new runner card is created
TIP
In order to avoid these duplicated file, for your next registration in a race, it is highly recommended to always register with the same information : Name - family name - birthdate (DD-MM-YYYY) - nationality.
