"火帽火"是广州郊野最经典的越野跑、徒步、驴行的拉练路线之一，起终点位于广州市天河区郊野的火炉山森林公园，途经凤凰山森林公园，折返点帽峰山森林公园的顶峰标志大石头，这既是广大越野跑爱好者平时训练与测试的经典中长距离路线，也是CBN Run Club 2022「疯狂腿」系列赛第一站【火帽火精英挑战赛】。

"Fire Hat Fire" is the most classical trail running/hiking line of Guangzhou. The start & finish point is located in HuoLuShan Mountain Forest Park, passing through Phoenix Mountain Forest Park, return back from the iconic big stone at the top of Maofeng Mountain Forest Park。
