The ITRA National League is a new and exciting initiative, open to ALL trail running enthusiasts, aimed at growing the sport at a national level.
By launching this initiative, ITRA’s aim is to:
Promote the development of trail-running at the national level.
Create a challenge accessible to every runner based on simple rules.
Encourage runners to reduce their carbon footprint by running locally.
Expand services for runners and organizers

All the races taking part in the National League challenge can be easily recognized thanks to the dedicated NATIONAL LEAGUE LOGO in the ITRA calendar.

SEE HOW TO MAKE YOUR RACE ELIGIBLEThe National League project will start on January 1st, 2023 and will take place until December 31st, 2023. The final ranking results in each country will be announced in early 2024.
Starting in 2024, another year of competition in National League will begin.
The National League is open to every trail runner.
To be ranked you need to participate in at least 3 National League races of the same country during the same calendar year.
