Vale Ultra 2018

The Vale Coastal Ultra takes in the entire 32 mile coast of the Vale of Glamorgan from the historic Penarth Pier to Ogmore-by-sea.  It is fast and (relatively) flat course that runs on a variety of cliff top trail, shingle and sand beaches.  As you run along the coast on one side you will have the dramtic scenery of the Severn Estuary and the hills of North Devon and on the other the hills of South Wales!
