The Series offers you a high-quality trail experience, exposing you to some of South Africa’s most exquisite, unexplored natural heritage, while it remains a source of funding, on behalf of the WILDTRUST and partners, to enable the conservation and community development of these unique and spectacular areas. As we enter this new era of the WILDSERIES, we are obliged to rethink our offering and how we host the events to keep them viable and relevant for our loyal supporters and our partners, whilst simultaneously being conscious of the impact that we have. We hope that our ideas for doing things differently will impact on the trail community and open eyes to new ways of doing things that will capture your imagination. With all of this in mind, we will be bringing an intimate, craft feel to the race village. You can expect locally sourced, gourmet food and beverage options as well as opportunities throughout the weekend to soak up the heart and soul of the Karkloof Valley, through the eyes of the locals who know it best. We can assure you of a weekend that can be enjoyed and experienced together with your families. In addition, more accessible route options will be available, which will allow more people the opportunity to experience the Three Cranes Challenge, the magnificent Karkloof Valley and to get a taste for staged trail events.
