Inner Mongolia Laoniuwan Ultra Marathon, Inner Mongolia Ultra Marathon for short. As a registered trademark, is held in Qingshuihe County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia in August every year. The slogan of the event is "climb the great wall and cross the Yellow River". Founded in 2018, the first session set up 100km and 60km, with a scale of 500 people; the second session added 5km healthy running with a scale of 1000 people; in 2020, the third session was affected by the COVID-19, and the scale was reduced from 2000 to 500, which was postponed from June to August, becoming China's first 168km race in 2020, with a total of 61 athletes completed 168km, 59 athletes completed 100km, 125 athletes completed 60km, and 498 athletes completed 10km healthy running.
