Mt. Karilongan Trail Marathon 2024

Mt. Karilongan Trail Marathon “Plant & Run” on May 12, 2024 (Sunday) at Barangay Hall Carmen (covered court), Baguio District, Davao City. This event is in Partnership of EGIP Foundation Inc., Obu-Manuvu Tribe of Carmen, LGU Barangay Carmen Davao City and Verticaltosky Sports Management. Proceeds of this event will go to the materials and equipment of our Indigenous Obu-Manuvu Forest Guards and for the improvement of their eco-tourism project in Mt. Karilongan. The 1st edition will offer only three (3) distances -10km, 21km, and 42km category, more or less 300 participants only. Race route will cover pavements, stair climbing, single track, dirt roads, river crossing, jungle trail, technical and runnable terrain, and this will cover 5 minor mountains to climb especially for 42km distance with only 2,000+ meters of elevation gain.
