SHANGRAO LINGSHAN 100 TRAIL RACE 2024

为打造江西灵山新名片，向世界展示“自然风光与人文历史完美融合”的景区风采，结合灵山广袤的山地资源，2024上饶灵山100越野赛应运而生。本次比赛将于5月18日、19日举行，设100公里组、50公里组、30公里组以及6公里体验组四大组别，2600名参赛者将从江西灵山风景名胜区出发，感受灵山深厚的文化底蕴与惊奇的龙脊风光。完赛选手不但能获得国际越野跑协会（ITRA）和环勃朗峰超级越野赛（UTMB）双重积分认证，更能成为首届上饶灵山100越野赛的创造者。在五月的初夏，2024上饶灵山100越野赛愿带领世界各地参赛选手在灵山感受一场运动、文化和旅游的融合之旅。

To forge a new identity for Jiangxi Lingshan and present the world with a picturesque destination that seamlessly blends natural beauty with rich cultural heritage, and leveraging the vast mountainous terrain of Lingshan, the 2024 Shangrao Lingshan 100 Cross Country Race has been conceptualized. Held on May 18th and 19th, the race encompasses four categories: 100km, 50km, 30km, and a 6km experience run. Nearly 2600 runners will embark on a journey from the Jiangxi Lingshan Scenic Area, to immerse themselves in the profound cultural heritage and breathtaking panoramas of the Dragon Ridge. Not only will finishers take home dual points recognition from the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) and the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB), but they will also be celebrated as the pioneers of the inaugural Shangrao Lingshan 100 Cross Country Race. In the early days of May, the 2024 Shangrao Lingshan 100 Cross Country Race aspires to offer runners from around the world an unforgettable journey that seamlessly blends sport, culture, and tourism.
