飞天山风景区东大门广场（起点）→大面洲→飞天山大桥→雅江→王家坪→马皇丘停车场→寨背→高坪→神仙寨→瓦窑坪→硚新抻→瓦窑坪旅游区→唐家冲→马皇丘大峡谷→尹家→高椅岭村→丫界垅→坳上→雄鹰营地→唐垅仙→龙口上→黄泥滩（东朝湾）→王家坳→万家→阳家→垅岩仙→自在坪→赵家垄→大头珑水库（大坝）→杨家屋场→小谷仓水库→碧冲林场（浮桥处）→坛山下→马鞍岭曹家→石台仙→雷家→黄家冲→鳌头岭村（谢家）→江家洞→中伙铺→青草冲→七宝湾→铁鼎寨→鸭婆岭→周家→漆家坳上→喻家寨→冯家→两江口大桥→岭背→老虎寨→飞天山景区→飞天山风景区东大门广场（终点） 全程100.18KM，其中硬化路面约36.91KM，田埂、土路、石板混合路面约63.27KM，最高海拔 293M，最低海拔100M，累计爬升3826M。 站点设置： 1.起点（飞天山风景区东大门广场）到CP1（马皇丘停车场）。 此段共计5.14km，上升44m，下降67m。 出发后2.4公里为公路，路边有自行车道，跑起来比较舒服。2.4公里后过了飞天山大桥，转入雅江村至王家坪，其中路段多为田埂加机耕道路全长1.67公里，到达水仙楼酒店附近。沿飞天山景区旅游战备路700米到达CP1。 2.CP1（马皇丘停车场）至CP2（瓦窑坪旅游区） 此段共计8.11km，上升389m，下降362m。 CP1（马皇丘）开始上山，有明显的石台阶路面，沿山脊线走1.08公里回路过一个休息亭。过休息亭以后1.33公里进入村庄，在村庄内行进156米会有一段1.66公里的水泥路面会比较好行进。到一幢房屋之后就要上山在山间行进778米会路过飞天山石佛寺。然后沿水泥路到达硚新抻进入山路，1.1公里后到达cp2。 3. CP2（瓦窑坪）到CP3/SP1（马皇丘） 此段共计7.31km，上升497m，下降499m，此次赛事最艰难的赛段。 接下来2.6公里少里水泥路上坡、再穿丛林，再到有路绳的陡坡，到达极窄的峡谷，峡谷约400米，多数时间只能单人通过，超车困难。峡谷结束，经过100米的丛林爬升，穿过两个山洞（飞天山经典景观），经过100米的下升，跑过500米田埂，到过郴州最美的公路¬——飞天山旅游战备公路。战备公路跑过2.5公里到达CP3/SP2（马皇丘）。 4.CP3/SP1（马皇丘）到CP4/SP2 热食（雄鹰营地） 此段共计8.47km，上升361m，下降359m。 从补给点上山340米进入丛林，顺着丛林小路行进1.84到达尹家附近进入居民区，同时进入水泥道路，走过154米的水泥路面再次进入山间小路，在小路上行进2.51公里路过池塘会看见营地所立路标路牌（该路段多机耕道路），依照路标路牌指示行进2.34公里到营地小环线，594米后到雏鹰乐园，下山到达营地。(下山路段比较陡峭，需要谨慎慢行)。 5.CP4/SP2热食（雄鹰营地）到CP5（黄泥滩） 此段共计8.39m，上升506m，下降568m。 离开营地，从后山步道行进1.24公里进入水泥路，在水泥路行进951米进入机耕道路，493米之后右转，在753米后会有一段悬崖路比较窄通过时需要注意，1.81公里后结束机耕道路左转进入一线天方向，六百多米后到达一线天，离开一线天之后六百多米进入田间小路，三百多米后进入水泥路面，1.03公里以后进入桥面路段到达cp5。 6. CP5（黄泥滩）到CP9（龙岩古寺） 此段共计5.12km，上升170m，下降78m。 经过五里牌（东江大桥）桥下。 7.CP9（龙岩古寺）到CP10（热食/换装/休息）（自在坪） 此段共计7.9km，上升327m，下降380m。 全程路况很好，沙石机耕道3.6km，水泥路4km。 8. CP10（热食/换装/休息）（自在坪）到CP11大兴珑水库（大坝） 此段共计4.49km，上升156m，下降137m。 一公里水泥路，其它为山间小路，较难走。 9.CP11大兴珑水库（大坝）到CP12碧冲林场（浮桥处） 此段共计7.83km，上升231m，下降241m。 全程比较好走，基本为机耕道，含有1.1公里水泥路面和200米左右小路，经过浮桥到达CP12。 10.CP12碧冲林场（浮桥处）到CP13补水点（马鞍岭曹家） 此段共计7.61km，上升250m，下降195m。 这一段以水泥路与机耕道为主，少量田埂。 11.CP13（马鞍岭曹家）到CP14鳌头岭村（谢家） 此段共计7.26km，上升158m，下降250m。 以机耕道为主少量水泥路和田埂。 12.CP14鳌头岭村（谢家）到CP6/SP4热食（鸭婆岭） 此段共计7.35km，上升98m，下降90m。 这一段以水泥路为主，机耕道含有1.85公里其他全部为水泥路。 13.CP6/SP4热食（鸭婆岭）到CP7/补水点（喻家寨） 此段共计5.22km，上升174m，下降136m。 从鸭婆岭离开走村庄的小路2.47公里后进入机耕道路,途中路过周家村庄，漆家坳上。1.38公里后行进至山路，其中有部分台阶，1.1公里后到达喻家寨附近。 14.CP7/补水点（喻家寨）到CP8/补水点（两江口大桥） 此段共计4.7km，上升221m，下降273m。 在这4.7公里中，田埂丛林，土路为主，从喻家寨位置向下穿行，到小路上，再到耒水位置会有一座桥为CP8。 15.CP8/补水点（两江口大桥）到终点（飞天山风景区东大门广场） 此段共计5.28km，上升244m，下降194m。 CP8以后上桥面沿岭背路线1.15公里后可以看到对岸的石佛寺庙，一直沿着水域边上小路行进到达新屋里。上游步道之后行进1.72公里下山进入到水泥路面，这时可全力冲刺，后面的2公里路程都是水泥路面。

Stations setup: 1. Starting point Feitian Mountain Scenic Area East Gate Plaza to CP1 Mahuangqiu parking lot. Total 5.14km, ascending 44m, descending 67m. After 2.4km on the road with bicycle lanes along the roadside, it is relatively comfortable to run. After 2.4km, pass Feitian Mountain Bridge, turn into Yajiang Village to Wangjiaping, mostly field ridges and farm roads for 1.67km, reaching near Shuixianlou Hotel. Follow Feitian Mountain Scenic Area tourist preparation road for 700 meters to reach CP1. 2. CP1 Mahuangqiu parking lot to CP2 Wayaoping Tourist Area. Total 8.11km, ascending 389m, descending 362m. Starting from CP1 Mahuangqiu, climb the mountain with clear stone steps for 1.08km along the ridge, then pass a rest pavilion. After the pavilion for 1.33km, enter the village, travel 156 meters in the village, there is a 1.66km cement road easy to walk. After a house, climb the mountain for 778 meters, pass Feitian Mountain Shifo Temple, then follow the cement road to Qiaoxinchen, enter the mountain road, after 1.1km, reach CP2. 3. CP2 Wayaoping to CP3 SP1 Mahuangqiu. Total 7.31km, ascending 497m, descending 499m, the toughest section of the race. 2.6km of uphill on cement road, then through the jungle and a steep slope with ropes, reach a narrow canyon about 400 meters, where most of the time only one person can pass, overtaking is difficult. After the canyon, climb 100 meters through the forest, pass two caves, Feitian Mountain classic scenery, after 100 meters of descent, run 500 meters on field ridges to the most beautiful road in Chenzhou, Feitian Mountain tourist preparation road. After running 2.5km on the preparation road, reach CP3 SP2 Mahuangqiu. 4. CP3 SP1 Mahuangqiu to CP4 SP2 hot food Yingying Camp. Total 8.47km, ascending 361m, descending 359m. Climb 340 meters into the jungle, follow the jungle path for 1.84km to reach near Yinjia Village, enter the residential area and the cement road, walk for 154 meters on the cement road, re-enter the mountain path, after 2.51km, pass the pond and see the camp signposts, follow the signposts for 2.34km to the camp loop, after 594 meters reach Chuying Amusement Park, descend to the camp, the downhill section is quite steep, need to be careful and walk slowly. 5. CP4 SP2 hot food Yingying Camp to CP5 Huangnitang. Total 8.39km, ascending 506m, descending 568m. Leave the camp, follow the trail up the mountain for 1.24km, enter the cement road, after 951 meters on the cement road, enter the farm road, after 493 meters, turn right, after 753 meters, there will be a narrow cliff road, be cautious when passing. After 1.81km, finish the farm road, turn left towards Yixiantian, after more than 600 meters, reach Yixiantian, after leaving Yixiantian, after more than 600 meters, enter a small field path, after more than 300 meters, enter the cement road, after 1.03km, reach the bridge section to CP5. 6. CP5 Huangnitang to CP9 Longyan Ancient Temple. Total 5.12km, ascending 170m, descending 78m. Pass under Wulipai Dongjiang Bridge. 7. CP9 Longyan Ancient Temple to CP10 hot food, change clothes, rest Zizaiping. Total 7.9km, ascending 327m, descending 380m. The whole road is in good condition, 3.6km of gravel farm road and 4km of cement road. 8. CP10 hot food, change clothes, rest Zizaiping to CP11 Daxinglong Reservoir Dam. Total 4.49km, ascending 156m, descending 137m. 1km of cement road, the rest is a difficult mountain path. 9. CP11 Daxinglong Reservoir Dam to CP12 Bichong Forest Farm at floating bridge. Total 7.83km, ascending 231m, descending 241m. The whole route is relatively easy, mostly farm roads, including 1.1km of cement road and about 200 meters of small paths, cross the floating bridge to reach CP12. 10. CP12 Bichong Forest Farm at floating bridge to CP13 water supply point Maanshan Caojia. Total 7.61km, ascending 250m, descending 195m. This section is mainly cement road and farm road, with some field ridges. 11. CP13 Maanshan Caojia to CP14 Aotouling Village Xiejia. Total 7.26km, ascending 158m, descending 250m. Mainly farm roads, with some cement roads and field ridges. 12. CP14 Aotouling Village Xiejia to CP6 SP4 hot food Yapoling. Total 7.35km, ascending 98m, descending 90m. This section is mainly cement road, with 1.85km of farm road, the rest is all cement road. 13. CP6 SP4 hot food Yapoling to CP7 water supply point Yujiazhai. Total 5.22km, ascending 174m, descending 136m. Leave Yapoling, walk on village paths for 2.47km, then enter the farm road, passing through Zhoujia Village and Qijiaaoshang, after 1.38km, proceed to the mountain road, with some steps, after 1.1km, reach near Yujiazhai. 14. CP7 water supply point Yujiazhai to CP8 water supply point Liangjiangkou Bridge. Total 4.7km, ascending 221m, descending 273m. During this 4.7km section, it is mostly field ridges and jungle paths, dirt roads. From Yujiazhai, head down to the small path, then reach Leishui, where there is a bridge which is CP8. 15. CP8 water supply point Liangjiangkou Bridge to endpoint Feitian Mountain Scenic Area East Gate Plaza. Total 5.28km, ascending 244m, descending 194m. After CP8, cross the bridge, follow the Lingbei route for 1.15km, and see Shifo Temple across the river, continue along the small path by the water to Xinwuli, after climbing the upstream trail for 1.72km, descend to the cement road, at this point, you can sprint all out, as the remaining 2km is all cement road.
