Aguas de Teror Trail - Desafío de los Picos 2021

La “XI AGUAS DE TEROR TRAIL-DESAFÍO DE LOS PICOS” que tendrá lugar durante la tarde noche del día 31 de julio del presente año, a lo largo de la orografía del citado municipio terorense, sito en la Isla de Gran Canaria. En la presente edición, la carrera contará con tres pruebas independientes, sobre las distancias aproximadas de 33 km., 18 km. y 10 km. aproximadamente. El evento se complementa con la celebración de varias carreras infantiles, en la tarde del viernes 30 de julio, y que cuentan con su propio reglamento específico. La prueba ha sido designada en la presente edición por parte de la Federación Española de Deportes de Montaña y Escalada (FEDME) como 3ª prueba valedera para la COPA DE ESPAÑA DE CARRERAS POR MONTAÑA EN LÍNEA, por lo que la misma se regirá igualmente de acuerdo al Reglamento de Competiciones de Carreras por Montaña FEDME. De igual manera, el evento forma parte un año más de la Copa de Canarias de Carreras por Montaña, siendo en este caso la prueba inaugural de ésta, y por lo que la misma se regirá igualmente en las pruebas o eventos puntuables para esta Copa, por el Reglamento de Carreras por Montaña de la Federación Canaria de Montañismo.

The "XI AGUAS DE TEROR TRAIL-DESAFÍO DE LOS PICOS" which will take place during the evening of the 31st of July this year, along the orography of the aforementioned municipality of Teror, located on the island of Gran Canaria. In the present edition, the race will have three independent races, over the approximate distances of 33 km, 18 km and 10 km approximately. The event is complemented by the celebration of several children's races on the afternoon of Friday 30 July, which have their own specific regulations. The event has been designated in this edition by the Spanish Federation of Mountain Sports and Climbing (FEDME) as the 3rd valid event for the COPA DE ESPAÑA DE CARRERAS POR MONTAÑA EN LÍNEA, so it will also be governed in accordance with the FEDME Mountain Race Competition Regulations. Similarly, the event is part of the Canary Islands Cup of Mountain Races, being in this case the inaugural event of this, and therefore it will also be governed in the tests or events scoring for this Cup, by the Regulations of Mountain Races of the Canary Islands Mountaineering Federation.
