Alpenplus Ötzi-Trailrun Naturns 2023

Gestartet wird um 10.00 Uhr (Skyrace Naturns) bzw. 10.05 Uhr (Just for fun) am Rathausplatz in Naturns auf 530 m, wo der erste und sicherlich sehr schnelle Kilometer auf Asphalt durch das Dorf Naturns und weiter bis zum Einstieg des Trails gelaufen wird. Sobald man den Einstieg des Trails erreicht hat, wird es sofort eng und es steht ein schöner und teils steiler Anstieg Weg Nr. 6 von ca. 850 hm zum Grub Hof an, wo sich beide Strecken kreuzen und auf derselben Strecke gelaufen wird. Nun weiter auf dem Meraner Höhenweg Nr. 24 geht es auf Trails und über eine Hängebrücke bis zum Galmein Hof, weiter bis zum Innerforch Hof, wo dann kurz danach der Weg Nr. 24 verlassen wird und ein langer Abstieg von ca. 750 hm folgt. Zuerst vorbei an der Seilbahn Unterstell (Verpflegung), Höfl und dem Weg Nr. 10 folgend in Richtung Naturns. Auf einer Höhe von ca. 750 m angekommen, folgt ein schöner flacher Trail von ca. 1,5 km, bei dem es zum Schluss kurz bergauf und dann wieder ca. 200 hm nach unten geht. Den Abstieg geschafft, folgt noch der letzte Anstieg von ca. 150 hm, bevor es dann auf Trails und Schotter - Asphalt Straße ins Ziel am Rathausplatz von Naturns geht.

The start is scheduled for 10 am (Skyrace) and 10.05 am (Just for fun) in Rathausplatz square in Naturno/Naturns, at an altitude of 530 m. From there the run begins on asphalt, with the first and likely fastest kilometer leading through the village of Naturno and on to the start of the trail. At the beginning of the trail, the path immediately becomes more narrow. The run continues on a beautiful and partially steep ascent leading along the marked Path no. 6, with an altitude difference of approx. 850 m, before reaching the Grub Hof farm. It continues along the Merano High Mountain Trail no. 24, along various paths and across a suspension bridge to the Galmein Hof farm; then on to the Innerforchhof and Linthof farms, where the route departs from Path no. 24 and continues along a long descent of about 750 m altitude difference. The route leads past the Patleid Hof farm and continues to the Unterstell cable car station (refreshment point), past the Höfl farm and along Path no. 10 in the direction of Naturno. At an altitude of about 750 m, the run continues along a beautiful flat path for about 1.5 km, which climbs for a short stretch and then descends again for about 200 m altitude difference. After this descent, the final ascent follows a difference in altitude of about 100 m, before continuing along various paths and, finally, a dirt road until the arrival in the Rathausplatz square of Naturno.
