Trasa adresowana jest dla osób poszukujących prawdziwych wyzwań. Dwie długie pętle w październikowy poranek mogą być też dobrym przetarciem przed innymi dłuższymi biegami ultra. Nic tak nie buduje wytrzymałości, jak kilometry po takich górach!
The route is intended for people looking for real challenges. Two long loops on an October morning can also be a good practice before other longer ultra runs. Nothing builds endurance like kilometers in such mountains!
