Riaño Trail Run 2019

La RIAÑO OPEN es una carrera por montaña de 46 kms que transcurre por las Montañas de Riaño y Mampodre. ? La RIAÑO OPEN partirá desde la población de Maraña. Desde aquí se subirá al Macizo de Mampodre para continuar camino hacia Peñas Pintas, descender a continuación hacia Las Salas. Tras cruzar la Central Hidroeléctrica la Remolina, tomamos dirección Horcadas. Desde esta población ascenderemos al Pico Gilbo para descender hacia la población de Riaño, donde estará situada la meta. La RIAÑO OPEN tiene la Salida a las 7:00 a.m. el Domingo 23 de Junio en la población de Maraña. Tiene una distancia de 46 km un desnivel de 3.006 m+ y 3.012 m-. Con carácter de semi-autosuficiencia, hay 3 avituallamientos durante el recorrido y el tiempo máximo para completar el recorrido es de 10 horas. La RIAÑO OPEN es prueba calificativa de la SPAIN ULTRA CUP M. Además, Riaño Open es carrera calificativa para el UTMB otorgando 3 puntos.

The RIAÑO OPEN is a mountain race of 46 kms that runs through the Riaño Mountains. This race coincides practically with the route of Stage 3 of RIAÑO TRAIL RUN and is designed for all those lovers of Trailrunning who want to enjoy the spectacular landscapes that exist in Riaño running only one day. ? The RIAÑO OPEN will start from the town of Maraña. From there we ascend to Mampodre massif to continue path to Peñas Pints, descend then to Las Salas. After crossing the Remolina hydroelectric plant, we take direction Horcadas. From this population ascend to the Peak of Gilbo to descend to the town of Riaño, where is located the Finish line. RIAÑO OPEN has the Start at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, 23th of June in Maraña. It has a distance of 46 km with 3.076m+ y 3.082m- . With semi-self-sufficiency character, there are 3 refreshment points during the race and the maximum time to complete the stage is 10 hours. ?
