Genadendal lies just 5km from Greyton and, while best known as a two-day hike, it's a hidden gem in the area. The course boasts spectacular views, looking down on the Robertson Valley at its peaks. A flat 2km start gives runners a chance to warm up before tackling the first of two big climbs for the day. The race features interchanging views, steep climbs, runnable hills and a few technical descents. With the course having steep but overall runnable ascents, anything can happen on race day with a variety of skills coming into play. Don't miss this one, it's a cracking route.
