Started jogging 10 years ago and after 3 years turned to trail running aiming for ultras. Have run several smaller trail and ultra competitions and one larger (ZUT 64k). Try slowly to add longer distances but aim to have fun and enjoy the trail both on an every day basis but also in competitions.
