Το Taygetos Challenge είναι ένα event ορεινού τρεξίματος, με φόντο το πανέμορφο μανιάτικο τοπίο της Καρδαμύλης ως σημείο εκκίνησης και τερματισμού, είναι από τους πιο επιτυχημένους αγώνες ορεινού τρεξίματος στην Ελλάδα, θεσμός πλέον. Φιλοξενεί την αφρόκρεμα των αθλητών ορεινού τρεξίματος και παράλληλα αποτελεί μια μεγάλη πρόκληση για όλους όσους θέ
The Taygetos Challenge is a mountain running event, with a magnificent view of the beautiful Mani landscape of Kardamili as a starting and finishing point. It hosts the vast majority of the Greek elite trail running athletes and at the same time is a great challenge for all those who want to experience a unique experience in the paths of Taygetos.

About the Race
● Vertical Speed – 650μ. με θετική υψομετρική 150μ. Αυτή είναι μια πρόκληση για μαραθωνοδρόμους! Συνηθισμένοι στις μεγάλες αποστάσεις, πόσο εύκολα μπορούν να διανύσουν μια γρήγορη αναβατική διαδρομή; Η συμμετοχή στο Vertical Speed είναι υποχρεωτική για τους αθλητές που ενδιαφέρονται να πάρουν κατάταξη στο Taygetos Challenge το οποίο είναι ο συνδυασμός των αποτελεσμάτων του Vertical που γίνεται το Σάββατο και μίας από τις διαδρομές της Κυριακής (Marathon, Experience, Basic).
Vertical Speed - 650m. with a positive altitude of 150m. This speed race is a challenge for marathon runners! Accustomed to long distances, how easily can they travel a fast climbing route? Participation in the Vertical Speed is mandatory for athletes interested in qualifying for the Taygetos Challenge which is a combination of the results of the Vertical that takes place on Saturday 26/3 and one of the Sunday 27/3 runs (Marathon, Experience, Basic).
