La prueba reina de la carrera y de mayor dificultad del Cañón de Chicamocha y única en Colombia. Más de 24 horas seguidas corriendo, bajar y subir 3 veces al Cañón, una o dos noches seguidas, las altas temperaturas y la dificultad más alta hacen de las 100 millas un gran desafío y un sueño para los corredores. Quebradas y bosques te sorprenden antes de ingresar a la magia salvaje del Cañón del Chicamocha, pueblos históricos y caminos ancestrales a lo largo de la ruta te conectan.
