O DMUT – Douro Montemuro Ultra Trilhos, é uma prova de trail running organizada pela Associação Desportiva Cinfães a Correr (ADCC), que se realiza em Cinfães. O evento inclui quatro provas cassificativas: DMUT Trail Ultra (51km) / DMUT Trail Longo (33km) / DMUT Trail Curto (21km) / DMUT Mini Trail (12km).

About the Race

A prova do DMUT TRAIL CURTO é um percurso circular com início e fim na vila de Cinfães. Esta prova passa por vários locais onde a Natureza permanece maioritariamente intocada. Destaca-se o belo vale do Rio Bestança, um dos rios menos poluídos da Europa, onde os trilhos são compostos singletracks bastante técnicos. Durante o percurso, os trilhos atravessam diversas aldeias típicas desta região. Mais perto da meta, o percurso chega à encantada "floresta mágica" do Parque do Ladário, um local magnífico. É uma prova dura, mas com uma beleza única!

DMUT TRAIL CURTO race is a circular trail that starts and ends in the village of Cinfães. This race passes through several places where Nature remains mostly untouched. The beautiful Bestança River Valley stands out, one of the least polluted rivers in Europe, where the trails are made up of very technical singletracks. During the route, the trails cross several villages typical of this region. Closer to the finish line, the race reaches the enchanted "magic forest" of Parque do Ladário, a magnificent place. It's a tough race, but with a unique beauty!
