Descubriendo Paraguana Trail se desarrolla en el entorno natural de Santa Ana de Paraguana, un ecosistema xerofilo penínsular con exigentes transiciones al cruzar cerros, sabanas y salinas. Correras entre los paisajes más hermosos de Venezuela. En algunas partes del recorrido los vientos pueden superar los 50 km/h, la temperatura puede fluctuar entre los 24 y 38°C.
Descubriendo Paraguana Trail is a race in the natural surroundings of Santa Ana de Paraguana, a xerophytic ecosystem with demanding transitions while crossing mountains, plains and saltfields. You will run in some of the most beautiful landscapes of Venezuela. Wind velocity in some zones could be 50 km/h or more and temperature may fluctuate between 24 - 42°C.
Born in July 2013, the ITRA (International Trail Running Association) aims to give a voice to parties involved in trail running in order to promote its strong values, its diversity, the safety of races and the health of runners, as well as to further the development of trail running and ensure a constructive dialogue between the national and international bodies with an interest in the sport.
