The Dragon 50 Coastal Race is a ultra-trail footrace along the Wales Coastal Path. 50 miles from Porthcawl to Cardiff Bay. The route is ideal for a first attempt at this distance or for a seasoned runner looking to post a quick time over some fast runnable trails. The Dragon 50 route starts through sand dunes before joining onto the Wales Coast Path at Kenfig sands and follows it to Cardiff and finishing at the iconic Cardiff Bay after a final leg over the Cardiff Bay Barrage.
