About the Race
EL VALLE ULTRA 50K es el ultramarathon mas antiguo de Panamá, celebrando 11 años en us próxima edición 2024. EL VALLE ULTRA se corre por las montañas al rededor de El Valle de Anton en Coclé. Este lugar, a solo dos horas de la Ciudad capital, es el carter volcánico poblado mas grande del mundo y sin duda uno de los puntos turisticos mas importantes de Panamá. La carrera se corre en una sola vuelta, tiene un desnivel acumulado de aproximadamente 4,000 metros, con vistas y lugares espectaculares. Es una carrera exigente, donde las temperaturas alcanzan los 30 grados Celsius, y humedad por encima del 90%. Con un tiempo limite de 11 horas para terminar, definitivamente exigirá el mejor desempeño de cualquier atleta. Te esperamos!!
EL VALLE ULTRA 50K is the oldest ultramarathon in Panama, celebrating 11 years in its next edition in 2024. EL VALLE ULTRA runs through the mountains around El Valle de Anton in Coclé. This place, just two hours from the capital city, is the largest populated volcanic carter in the world and undoubtedly one of the most important tourist spots in Panama. The race is ran in a single loop, has a cumulative elevation gain and loss of approximately 4,000 meters, with spectacular views and places. It is a demanding race, where temperatures reach 30 degrees Celsius, and humidity above 90%. With a time limit of 11 hours to finish, it will definitely demand the best performance from any athlete.
