个旧戈贾越野跑赛事过去已成功举办了四届，并得到了外界群体的关注和期待。2020年至今由于疫情影响一直未能举办赛事活动，今年在个旧市市委、市政府的大力支持下，决定举办500名选手的戈贾越野跑比赛（限低风险地区的运动员参赛），延续世界级顶尖赛事辉煌，打造个旧本土越野跑品牌赛事。 戈贾森林公园地处个旧市区西面的老阳山，一座名副其实的天然大氧吧。这是一个多种类植物的森林公园，是树的海洋，是竹子的海洋，是花的海洋。来到戈贾森林公园，最值得我们流连的不仅仅是这里的自然风光，还有这里浓郁的彝家风情，他们热情好客、能歌善舞。今年的赛事不仅可以享受美和自由的山野之旅，还能感受当地的民俗文化。

This year, with the strong support of the municipal government of Ji'old City, it was decided to hold the Gogja trail running race with 500 runners (limited to athletes from low-risk areas) to continue the splendor of the world-class event and create a local Ji'old Cross-country running brand event. Gogja Forest Park is located in Lao Yang Mountain, a veritable natural oxygen bar, to the west of the city. It is a forest park with many kinds of plants, a sea of trees, a sea of bamboos and a sea of flowers. When we come to Gogja Forest Park, the most worthwhile thing to linger is not only the natural scenery here, but also the rich Yi family style here, who are hospitable and can sing and dance well. This year's tournament will not only enjoy the beauty and freedom of the mountains, but also experience the local folk culture.
