About the Race

Derbent Patika Kosusu, Iznik Ultra parkurunun son kontrol noktasi olan Derbent'ten Iznik'in içine giden, patika agirlikli bir kosudur. Hala kismen korunmus Derbent köy meydanindan baslayarak çesitli yollari kullanarak Iznik Lefke Kapi'ya ulasir.

Derbent Trail is the last split of the Iznik Ultra Marathon. Starts from partly preserved Derbent Village, until "Kan Çiçekleri" (Red Flowers) field, follows the village streets and some tarmac and dirt roads.

A non-profit organization

Born in July 2013, the ITRA (International Trail Running Association) aims to give a voice to parties involved in trail running in order to promote its strong values, its diversity, the safety of races and the health of runners, as well as to further the development of trail running and ensure a constructive dialogue between the national and international bodies with an interest in the sport.
