La via di Annibale - Hannibal trail 2019

Questa corsa vuole ricordare il passaggio di Hanniba’al nel 218 a.C. dal Colle dell’Autaret nell’Alta Valle di Viù, nelle Valli di Lanzo. E questo è un pretesto per correre in un ambiente naturalmente integro dove l’altitudine, il sole, il vento e la neve sono i dominatori e padroni. Corsa di alta montagna che parte ed arriva ad Usseglio (To) passando per due passi oltre i 3000 m e sul nevaio dell'ex ghiacciaio Bertà. La gara si svolge il primo week-end di settembre, in condizioni che potrebbero essere molto difficili (vento, freddo, pioggia o neve) e che necessita di un buon allenamento specifico, materiale adatto ed una reale capacità d'autonomia personale. Alle 6:00 saremo in tanti a ripercorrere la via percorsa da Annibale durante la sua epica attraversata delle Alpi con 37 elefanti, 38.000 fanti e 8.000 cavalieri. Saranno oltre 100 i volontari che parteciperanno con noi alla stessa avventura, pronti ad offrirci con passione il loro aiuto e conforto con spirito di solidarietà e amicizia. Rivivremo una attraversata antica di oltre 2200 anni. Il percorso “La via di Annibale®” Sky Marathon (ASM) è classificato con il bollino rosso: EE itinerario per escursionisti esperti. Si snoda prevalentemente su strade forestali, mulattiere e sentieri in quota. E’ un itinerario che richiede la capacità di muoversi su terreni particolari, tracce o sentieri impervi o infidi (pendii con affioramenti rocciosi o detritici), talora impegnativi ed esposti. Con due colli oltre i 3000 m, attraversamento di nevai e i resti del ghiacciaio Berta. Sono possibili nevicate durante la gara che seppur relativamente breve ha un alto fascino tecnico e paesaggistico. Il percorso segue il seguente itinerario: Usseglio 1260, Margone 1410, Rifugio Cibrario 2616, Colle Sulè 3073, Colle Autaret 3071, Punta Costan 3305 in territorio Francese, Rifugio Tazzetti 2642, Lago di Malciussia /rifugio Vulpot 1805, Usseglio 1260. A seconda degli anni, potrebbe essere presente un esteso nevaio da attraversare. Dalla piana del Bertà inizia il tratto di 6 km sempre oltre i 3000 m di quota. Si passerà vicino ai laghi dell'Autaret dal colore smeraldo, poi il Colle Autaret che ci accoglie con la leggera brezza in arrivo dalla Francia e salita per sfasciumi alla Punta Costan (3305) in territorio francese. Dalla punta Costan, a fine settembre del 218 a.C. Hanniba'al additando ai suoi ufficiali la Pianura Padana promise loro oro e fama. Forse qualche "guerriero" si fermerà anche lui a guardare la Pianura del Bodincus (il Po), laggiù e così lontana. Una veloce discesa porta a 5 km e 1100 m più in basso alla seconda via di rientro ... le Marmutteri. Qui il "guerriero" si ferma e lo sguardo volge verso l'alto, alla traccia nell'erba e roccia di appena 450 m e 2 km ma, a detta dei "guerrieri" che l'hanno già salita, è la tremenda e famosa salita al Rifugio Tazzetti. Qui ci aspetta un rifocillamento e gli occhi buttano uno sguardo, in alto, alla Madonna del Rocciamelone quasi in visione mistica... dopo quella salita Corroborati non rimane che una tranquilla discesa di 15 km sino all'arrivo, salvo ancora una breve salita, passando per le praterie del lago Falin, la Madonna di Margone e la lunga discesa nel bosco. Già al lago di Malciaussia si sente profumo di festa, là i montanari ci incitano al suono dei rudùn (i campanacci per le mucche). Il traguardo si avvicina e saremo arrivati quando il suono della banda musicale sarà coperto dalla baraonda del gruppo celtico, che, battendo sugli scudi ci dirà che abbiamo tagliato il traguardo, e lo faranno anche in ricordo dei Galli Graioceli che guidarono l'esercito punico per questi passi sconosciuti. This race wants to recollect Hanniba'al’s crossing of the Alps in 218 BC. across the Autaret Pass in the Upper Valley of Viù, in the Lanzo Valleys. It includes two passes of over 3000 m, the crossing of snowfields and the remains of the Berta glacier. Snowfalls are possible during the race which, even though relatively short, has a high technical and scenic appeal. The route moves along the following itinerary : Usseglio 1260, Margone 1410, Rifugio Cibrario 2616, Colle Sulè 3073, Colle Autaret 3071, Punta Costan 3305 in French territory, Rifugio Tazzetti 2642, Lago di Malciussia / refuge Vulpot 1805, Usseglio 1260. Eaten well, there is only a quiet descent of 15 km until the arrival, except a short climb, passing through the prairies of Lake Falin, the Madonna di Margone and the long descent into the woods. Already at the lake of Malciaussia there is a scent of celebration, there the mountain people incite us to the sound of rudùn (cow bells). The finish line is approaching and we will arrive when the sound of the band will be covered by the horde of the Celtic group, which, beating on the shields will tell us that we have crossed the finish line, and will do so in memory of the Graioceli Gauls who led the Punic army to these unknown steps.
