About the Race

The start line is at front gates of Myall Lakes National Park, Mungo Brush Rd. Proceed down the road verge for 2.5km then turn left onto Pipers Creek Trail. 500m down the trail turn right on the Tops to Myall Heritage Trail. Stay on this trail, over 2 road crossings, until the 15km mark when you join the Wildflower Walk. This walk ends at Mungo Brush Rd and the 11km water stop. Follow Mungo Brush Rd running on the verge until CP1 Aid Station at the 21km mark. From CP1 head out on Old Gibber Rd and at the main junction turn left on to Hawks Nest Seal Rocks Rd. Follow the road until One Horse Sand Trail - this is the turnaround point. Run back down the road keeping left until Broken Sand Fire Trail. There is a short creek crossing on this trail. Follow markers back on to the beach and head south until the Dees Corner markers at the 54km mark and CP3. From CP3 stay on Mungo Brush Rd until the Dark Point carpark at the 61.5km mark water station. Here follow markers over the dunes and on to the beach. Stay on the beach for 8km until the flag at Michael Rowe Walk where you exit the beach. Follow the track to the finish line at Providence Bay Park.
