内蒙古老牛湾超马赛为内蒙古地区的第一个百公里以上的越野赛事，让跑者在享受百公里比赛的同时，把内蒙清水河的美景尽收眼底，70公里组选手从清水河县的母亲河一路跑到孕育华夏文明的老牛湾黄河，实现探秘黄河。一步一步的跑过“牛必过”“牛归来”到茂密的“超马公益林”，每一步都是对选手们体能和意志力的考验。同时，享受着老牛湾作为黄河和长城交汇处的壮美景色，这使得比赛更加具有历史和文化的意义。本届老牛湾超马赛的主题是“牛归来”，终点设在老牛湾神牛广场这里因黄河第一湾而闻名。

The Inner Mongolia Laoniuwan Ultra Ma Race is the first cross country race over 100 kilometers in the Inner Mongolia region, allowing runners to enjoy the 100 kilometer race while taking a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the Qingshui River in Inner Mongolia. The 70 kilometer group of athletes ran all the way from the mother river in Qingshui River County to the Laoniuwan Yellow River, which nurtures Chinese civilization, to explore the Yellow River. Running step by step through the "Bull Must Pass" and "Bull Returns" to the dense "Chaoma Public Welfare Forest" is a test of the athletes' physical and willpower. At the same time, enjoying the magnificent scenery of Laoniu Bay as the intersection of the Yellow River and the Great Wall, this makes the competition even more historically and culturally significant. The theme of this year's Lao Niu Wan Super Horse Race is "The Return of the Cow", and the destination is located at the Shenniu Square in Lao Niu Wan, which is famous for its first bay of the Yellow River.
