About the Race

The 30K course heads out on Grey Fox like every other distance but shortly into the run you will make a hard LEFT turn onto the Ford Canyon Trail, crossing over the main park road and then onto the Mule Deer Trail which you’ll take to the Black Canyon Aid station just under 6 miles into your race. You will make two road crossings in this first section so please be aware of oncoming traffic. This section is mostly flat with small rolling hills and is a great time to get the legs going before you begin your Goat Camp climb.
