A MONS ULTRA TRAIL terá seu início em 2020, na cidade de Nova Trento /SC. Em sua primeira edição, a MONS ULTRA TRAIL tem a expectativa de chegar a 1000 atletas inscritos, devido ao diferencial que seus idealizadores propõem para este grandioso evento. Com premiação jamais vista no trail brasileiro, a expectativa é trazer os melhores atletas do país para o evento. Cercado por uma cadeia de montanhas, o circuito chega com o objetivo de se posicionar entre os mais “duros” da sua categoria e terá como principal “estrela” o MONTE BARÃO DE CHARLACH, que com toda a sua imponência desafiará todos os atletas. A MONS ULTRA TRAIL Nova Trento é uma ultramaratona onde o atleta encontrará lindas trilhas e subidas íngremes que colocarão à prova toda a sua experiência e treinamento. Nova Trento não foi escolhida por acaso, além de belas montanhas a cidade proporciona aos atletas e visitantes um mergulho na cultura italiana, através da gastronomia, costumes e religiosidade do lugar. Terra da primeira santa do Brasil “Santa Paulina”, a cidade possui inúmeras igrejas construídas no início do século, tornando-se umas das cidades mais visitadas pelos peregrinos. Cercada de bons hotéis, pousadas, restaurantes e uma população muito hospitaleira, fortes emoções os aguardam no momento da largada.

Nova Trento was not chosen by chance, in addition to beautiful mountains the city provides athletes and visitors with a dip in Italian culture, through the gastronomy, customs and religiosity of the place.
