La MONTE SPORNO TRAIL (Ecomaratona 43km + long trail 23km ) e LA SHORT-TRAIL ( 12km) sono gare individuali di trail running organizzate da A.S. Vengo lì di corsa in collaborazione con il Comune di Langhirano e la UISP di Parma. La singola gara è valida per il circuito provinciale UISP Trail Running Parma.

La Short Trail è la gara perfetta per chi corre da poco e ha l’entusiasmo per cimentarsi in un vero trail fatto di tratti sterrati, single track tecnici e intervalli di “sali e scendi”. Condividerai i primi 5,5 km con gli atleti di tutte le gare e da lì comincerà la tua avventura nelle verdi colline sopra a Langhirano che terminerà in Piazza Garibaldi, dove sarai accolto da applausi meritati!

The MST Short Trail is the perfect race for the beginner that has the enthusiasm to engage a real trail path made of driveways, technical single tracks and "ups and downs". You will share the first 5.5 km with the other runners, and then your experience will take you exploring the green hills near Langhirano and finally reaching Piazza Garibaldi where supporters will be waiting for you!
