About the Race

日本屈指の難関トレイルランニング。大会名「4100」はコースの高低差を表しています。温泉地野沢温泉村のアップダウンに富んだコースです。ロングコースはスタート地点を2度通るので補給やサポートも楽にできます。

One of the most difficult trail running in Japan. The tournament name "4100" indicates the height difference of the course. It is a course rich in ups and downs of the hot spring area Nozawa Onsen Village. The long course passes through the starting point twice, so replenishment and support can be done easily.
