Muizenberg Trail 2023

The inaugural Muizenberg Trail was run in 2020 with a small group of keen trail runners, who wanted to explore the Muizenberg and Kalk Bay mountains. Starting and finishing at the Sea Scout Base. Runners can expert to experience a bit of everything from jeep tracks, single paths and views of both sides of the peninsula.

The Muizenberg Trail 2023 is 20km trail in and around the Muizenberg and Kalk Bay Mountains. The plan is to vary the route each year. It has a bit of a everything from big climbs and descents to single and jeep tracks. You are in for a treat, but this trail is not to be taken lightly.
