12 Mart günü İzmir''in Buca İlçesine bağlı Kaynaklar Köyünden Başlayıp Nif Dağ'ının zirvesinden dolanıp Gökdere Vadisinden geçip ,patikalarla Kaynaklar dağında sona erer. 10, 20 , 40 ve 55K parkurları mevcututtur. 40K ve 55K parkurları Nif Dağının Zirvesinden geçerler.

It starts from Kaynaklar Village of Buca District of Izmir on March 12, goes around the summit of Nif Mountain, passes through Gökdere Valley and ends at Kaynaklar Mountain with paths. 10, 20, 40 and 55K tracks are available. The 40K and 55K tracks pass through the summit of Mount Nif.

12 Mart'ta İzmir'in Buca İlçesi Kaynaklar Köyü'nden başlayıp Gürlek Şelalesinden geçip Tekçam dan patikalarla Gökdere Vadisine bağlanıp tekrar patikalarla Kaynaklar Köyünde sona erer.

It starts from Kaynaklar Village in Buca District of İzmir on 12 March, passes through Gürlek Waterfall, connects to Gökdere Valley by footpaths from Tekçam and ends in Kaynaklar Village by paths again.
