Frig Ultra Maratonu , 2013 yılından beri kesintisiz olarak her yıl eylül ayında, 3.000 yıllık tarihiyle ülkemizin kültür turizmi için yüksek potansiyeli bulunan Afyonkarahisar'ın Frigya Vadileri'nde dört farklı parkurda oluşan bir arazi koşusudur.

The Phrygian Ultra Marathon is a field race that takes place every year in September without interruption since 2013, on four different tracks in the Phrygian Valleys of Afyonkarahisar, which has a high potential for cultural tourism in our country with its 3,000-year history.
