IL PERCORSO: 100 km in tre tappe in tre giorni, con 4.000 mt di dislivello positivo. Tre tappe in tre distinti luoghi, uno diverso dall'altro. Nei comuni di Arzana, Cardedu, Desulo, Gairo, Urzulei e Tertenia, attraverso il massiccio del Gennargentu fino alle spiagge dell’Ogliastra.

The Route: 100 km in three stages in three days, with 4.000 Mt positive elevation. Three stages in three different places, one different from the other. In the municipalities of Arzana, Cardedu, Desulo, Gairo and Tertenia, through the massif of Gennargentu to the Ogliastra beaches.
