2019 Nan Ao 55 km Trail Race , is the first high-profile international Trail race in eastern Guangdong. There are a total of three groups in the competition, namely, the entire 55 km group (cumulative climb 2543 meters) and the 32 km half group (cumulative climb 1317 meters),and the 18 km junior group (cumulative climb 710 meters).
