Una corsa nella storia attraverso antiche valli, castelli e chiese. 4 valli attraverso la storia medievale di San Colombano, Val Trebbia, Val Nure, Val Ceno, Val Taro con arrivo a Pontremoli in Lunigiana, Toscana.

A trail running race across the Apennines Mountain. Saint Columban, an Irish missionary, moved from Bangor Abbey and in the spring of 612 decided cross the Alps and arrive in Bobbio.
