TRAIL AZRO N'THOR 2019

Azro N’thor culmine à 1883 m dans le massif montagneux du Djurdjura. Endroit idéal pour le trail. Le départ de la compétition se fait à Tirourda, village encaissé entre les montagnes. Les coureurs se fraieront un chemin entre les buissons, et les parties rocheuses du parcours avant d’arriver sur un chemin de crête d’où il y a une vue plongeante sur le village de Tirourda. De là les participants rejoindront par ce chemin le col de Tirourda, puis une piste sur un autre versant, à fort dénivelé, puis retour au col de Tirourda , descente sur un petit tronçon de route goudronnée en direction de Tirourda qui est rejoint par des chemins très escarpés. La seconde boucle sera exactement la même que la 1ère jusqu’au 5ème kilomètre, où, à partir du chemin de crête, vers la gauche les traileurs rejoindront le pied du mausolée d’Azro N’thor, qui, lui, est bâti sur un piton.

Azro N'thor rises to 1883 m in the Djurdjura mountain range. Ideal place for the trail. The start of the competition is in Tirourda, a village between the mountains. The runners will take a path between the bushes and the rocky parts of the route before arriving on a ridge path from where there is a bird's-eye view of the village of Tirourda. From there the participants will join by this way the collar of Tirourda, then a track on another slope, with very uneven, then return to the neck of Tirourda, descent on a small stretch of paved road towards Tirourda which is joined by paths very steep. The second loop will be exactly the same as the first to the fifth kilometer, where, from the ridge road, to the left the trailers will join the foot of the mausoleum of Azro N'thor, which is built on a peak.
