L’idea di una gara invernale in Ticino nasce dalla passione per queste Valli che nulla hanno da invidiare in termini di panorami e natura a luoghi più rinomati. In special modo la Val Bedretto, conosciutissima per le sue incredibili escursioni invernali ed estive, offre alcuni degli scorci alpini più suggestivi ed è anche uno dei luoghi nelle Alpi con le maggiori precipitazioni di neve.

The idea of a Winter race in Southern Switzerland was inspired by this picturesque ski resort, which boasts of more natural beauty than some of the more renowned places. The Bedretto Valley in particular, well known as the site of incredible winter and summer excursions, offers some of the most evocative alpine views and one of the highest snowfall rates in the Alps.
