Tokyo Grand Trail (TGT) 2023 is the first full-scale 100 mile mountain race to be held in Tokyo, the capital of Japan. The distance is 160 km, with a cumulative elevation gain of 12,000 meters, and a cut-off time of 50 hours. It will be a premier race set in a familiar mountain area.
