Los días 16 y 17 de octubre tendrá lugar la novena edición de la Ultra Trail Muntanyes de la COSTA DAURADA. Si quieres descubrir los rincones más bellos de las montañas de la Costa Daurada, no lo dudes, esta es tu carrera. Habrá distintas distancias para disfrutar al ritmo que cada uno escoja. STAGE RUN Stage Run es una modalidad pensada para los participantes de la Ultra que no tienen bastante con la distancia de la carrera larga. Se ofrece la posibilidad de correr 62km el sábado y el trail 23k el domingo, disponiendo de un descanso entre las dos etapas. Sumarán más puntos ITRA al acumular más kilómetros y más desnivel. DISTANCIAS CORTAS 17 DE OCTUBRE Volvemos al formato de un único fin de semana para celebrar las carreras de todas las distancias. Así pues, las distancias cortas de los 10k y 21k se correrán el domingo 17 de octubre. Las distancias cortas seguirán puntuando por los circuitos Evadict Trailseries Costa Dorada (21k-10k)

On October the 16th and 17th, the ninth edition of the Ultra Trail Muntanyes of the COSTA DAURADA will take place. If you want to discover the most beautiful corners of the mountains of the Costa Daurada, do not hesitate, this is your career. There will be different distances to enjoy at the pace that each one chooses. STAGE RUN This type of stage race is aimed at Ultra runners who do not have enough with the long race, and can enjoy a break between the two days. It offers the possibility of doing the Ultra 62km distance on Saturday and the 23k trail on Sunday, adding more ITRA points by accumulating more kilometers and gradient with the two stages. SHORT DISTANCES OCTOBER 17th We return to the format of a single weekend to celebrate the races of all distances. So the 12k and 23k short distances will be run on Sunday 17th October. Short distances will continue to score for Evadict trailSERIES circuits (21k and 10k).
