O Trail 22 km tem início no dia 19 de Junho de 2021, às 9.00 horas, de carácter competitivo e desnível acumulado positivo de aproximadamente 1745 metros, com início e fim em Vila Nova de Cerveira, o tempo limite para concluir a prova é de 8 horas.
The 22 km Trail starts on June 19, 2021, at 9.00 am, with a competitive character and positive cumulative height of approximately 1745 meters, starting and ending in Vila Nova de Cerveira, the time limit for completing the race is 8 hours.
Born in July 2013, the ITRA (International Trail Running Association) aims to give a voice to parties involved in trail running in order to promote its strong values, its diversity, the safety of races and the health of runners, as well as to further the development of trail running and ensure a constructive dialogue between the national and international bodies with an interest in the sport.
