VII Gran Trail Aldeas Do Courel 2018

El Gran Trail Aldeas do Courel está concebido como el Trail de larga distancia de referencia en Galicia. Además de ser la primera prueba de este tipo en dicha comunidad, aspira a ser el buque insignia del circuito GMTA. Además de por su distancia y desnivel acumulado, que ha merecido en ocasiones anteriores ser valorada con 3 puntos clasificatorios para el UTMB, merece la pena por discurrir por una selección de los mejores paisajes de la Serra do Courel, buena parte de ellos encuadrados dentro de la Red Natura 2000 por su alto valor natural. Por razones de seguridad se exige un mínimo material obligatorio, que es el siguiente: * Mochila de agua o porta bidones, con capacidad al menos para 1 litro de liquido. * Manta de supervivencia. * Silbato * Cortavientos * Teléfono móvil, con batería cargada * Frontal, con pilas de repuesto

The Gran Trail Aldeas do Courel is conceived as the long distance reference trail in Galicia.
