Partenza Piazza Brocherel ore 6.00, si sale via Parco Bollino direzione Village Val Sapin, via Strada Poderale. Arrivati in località Tzapy si gira a destra, si prende il sentiero direzione Currù, dopo circa 700 m.+ dislivello, al bivio si gira a destra, su un sentiero inizialmente pianeggiante, poi su una ripida discesa, circa 120 m. dislivello negativo, poi di nuovo pianeggiante. Si arriva alle baite di Les Suches, si gira a sinistra in direzione Tirecorne, dopo circa 1 km si gira a destra. Passando tra le baite di Tirecorne, si continua su un sentiero leggermente in salita poi pianeggiante, si arriva in località Plagnoley, si continua sempre in piano su una traccia di sentiero, ad un passaggio impegnativo dove si trovano delle corde fisse (fare molta attenzione) si arriva sulla dorsale del Mont Cormet, si gira a sinistra e salendo sul prato ( non sul sentiero) si arriva a quota 2500 m. del Cormet. In cima ai prati si mantiene la destra, si attraversa il canale su una traccia di sentiero sdrucciolevole e si arriva sulla dorsale rivolta verso Morgex, qui si trova il sentiero che sale al bivacco Pascal quota 2987 m., controllo e si scende direzione lago Liconi e baite di Liconi quota 1870m. Prima barriera oraria e punto acqua. Si segue per circa 500 m. una strada poderale, a sinistra si imbocca il sentiero direzione Planaval, dopo circa 1 km si gira a sinistra in direzione vallone di Chambave con un dislivello di circa 900m + che porta al Colle Battaglione Aosta quota 2860 m, si imbocca una discesa molto impegnativa, qui si trovano delle corde fisse, da prestare molta attenzione, si arriva ad un bivio in cui e girando a destra, si sale con un dislivello di 80 m al Colle Entre-Deux-Sauts 2521+, si scende nel vallone del Malatrà e dopo circa 3 km, passato il rifugio Bonatti, si gira a sinistra sul sentiero che porta al rif. Bertone. Dopo circa un paio di km si gira a sinistra, si sale nel vallone dell'Armina. Arrivati in cima al vallone si mantiene la destra e si sale direzione col Sapin e Tete de la Tronche, 2550 m, dislivello circa 550 m+. Si scende sulla dorsale della Testa Bernarda fino in prossimità del rifugio Bertone quota 2000 m, si gira a destra, si scende in direzione Pont Pailler (Val Ferret) con un dislivello di 500m-, si raggiunge Pont Pailler dove ci sarà un punto acqua e la seconda barriera oraria. Si segue la strada comunale direzione Courmayeur per circa 150m, poi a destra si imbocca la strada costruita per il cantiere della funivia che porta, con un dislivello di circa 670 m+ in località Pavillon, posto di controllo e punto acqua. Si scende dal sentiero del Vertical Courmayeur Mont Blanc e con una picchiata di circa 800 m- si raggiunge la località Pontal di Entreves (piazzale funivia val Veny), da qui seguendo la strada comunale si raggiunge il traguardo al Parco Bollino di Courmayeur.

The start is in Courmayeur from Piazza Brocherel at 6.00am, passing by Parco Bollino towards Village Val Sapin, via Strada Poderale. Once you reach the locality of Tzapy, you turn right, take the path towards Currù and after about 700m D+, at the crossroads, you turn right again, onto a steep descent before returning to a flat section again. When you arrive at the huts of Les Suches, turn left towards Tirecorne and after about 1 km turn right. Passing between the Tirecorne huts, continue on a slightly uphill path before arriving at Plagnoley. From there you continue to a challenging passage where there are fixed ropes (be very careful) that will take you to the ridge of Mont Cormet, turn left and climbing on the lawn (not on the path) you reach Cormet 2500m of altitude. At the top of the meadows, keep to the right, cross the canal on a slippery path and arrive on the ridge facing Morgex, here you will find the path that goes up to the Pascal Bivouac at an altitude of 2987 m. After the check point you start the descend towards Lake Liconi and Liconi huts at an altitude of 1870m, check point and 1st time barrier. Follow a farm road or about 500m, then take the path towards Planaval on the left, after about 1 km turn left again towards the valley of Chambave. With a climb of about 900m D+ you will arrive to Colle Battaglione (Aosta) at an altitude of 2860m. From there you take a very demanding descent with fixed ropes (pay attention!) that will take you at a crossroads. Turn right up to Colle Entre-Deux-Sauts 2521+, then descend into the Malatrà valley and after about 3 km, past the Bonatti refuge, turn left onto the path that leads to the ref. Bertone. After about a couple of km, turn left, climb into the Armina valley. When you reach the top of the valley, keep to the right and go up towards Col Sapin and Tete de la Tronche, 2550m. Go down on the ridge of Testa Bernarda up to the Bertone refuge at an altitude of 2000m, turn right, and keep going down towards Pont Pailler (Val Ferret) for 500m D-. In Pont Pailler there will be a water point and the 2nd time barrier. Follow the municipal road towards Courmayeur for about 150m, then turn right onto a road built for the construction site of the cable car that leads, with a difference in height of about 670 m +, to the Pavillon, check point and water point. Descend from the Vertical Courmayeur Mont Blanc track and with a swoop of about 800m D- you will reach Pontal di Entreves (Val Veny cable car square), from here following the municipal road you reach the finish line in Courmayeur at the Bollino Park.
