About the Race

The Vietnam Ultra Marathon 25k stars and finishes in Mai Chau offering a diverse route with a high percentage of trail. The first section of 25K trail follows the same course of 70K over the hill to Ban Te (CP1) where it splits onto the single track to Ban Xo village. The trail is beautiful running through the village, bamboo bushes and rice terrace. From Ban Xo you will take a steep climb to the mountainside, where it will join the course of 70K, 50K. The last section is brings you down to the quintessential beauty of the main Mai Chau valley. Here we will have a finish line in the heart of the community, with music, fire, food and the good trail vibes our races are famous for.
