HYGIENEMASSNAHMEN Die Veranstaltung wird gemäß der aktuellen Sächsischen Corona-Schutz-Verordnung und der Allgemeinverfügung zur Anordnung von Hygieneauflagen mit einem für das Event entwickelten Hygienekonzept durchgeführt. Markierungen können jedoch durch Regen, Wind, Vandalismus oder ordnungsliebende Mitbürger fehlen oder verändert sein. Für alle Teilnehmer der Trail Runs wird das Mitführen eines GPX-fähigen Telefons oder einer Navigationsuhr mit den gespeicherten Tracks-/Routendaten der jeweiligen Strecke empfohlen. Der Teilnehmer sollte in der Lage sein, die Strecke auch bei fehlenden Markierungen zu finden. Das Organisationsbüro ist hierüber grundsätzlich telefonisch oder spätestens durch Bekanntgabe bei Streckenposten “Brandsteinweg/Wiesenweg” (50.831833 N / 14.741946 E) zu informieren. Teilnehmer, die den Cut off “Brandsteinweg/Wiesenweg” nach 15:30 Uhr erreichen, müssen auf die kürzere 50k Distanz wechseln und direkt in Richtung Ziel laufen. Im Falle eines Abbruchs des Laufes an einer Verpflegungsstelle ist die Startnummer abzugeben bzw. bei einem "wilden" Ausstieg auf der Strecke unverzüglich das Organisationsbüro telefonisch zu informieren. Eine Kontakt-Telefonnummer ist auf der Startnummer vermerkt. Bei Unterlassung können eventuell anfallende Such- und Rettungskosten dem Teilnehmer in Rechnung gestellt werden. Bei Abbruch besteht kein Anspruch auf Rücktransport, auch wenn dies im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten versucht wird. In einem akuten, gesundheitlichen Notfall bitte umgehend die Notrufnummer 112 wählen. SIEGEREHRUNG Die Siegerehrungen finden im Start- und Zielbereich statt. Geehrt werden die jeweils 6 Erstplatzierten M/W im Gesamteinlauf jeder Strecke. Zeit nach Bekanntgabe vor Ort, voraussichtlich gegen 15:00 Uhr. DISQUALIFIKATION Disqualifiziert wird, wer die Laufstrecke verlässt, das Reglement nicht befolgt, einen Kontrollposten nicht passiert, sich unsportlich verhält bzw. Dopingmissbrauch betreibt. SONSTIGES Hunde sind als Begleiter auf der Strecke nicht erlaubt. Die Bedingungen der Veranstalter O-SEE SPORTS e. V. und HSG Turbine Zittau e. The start and finish area is in the Puschpark/Bürgerallee in the centre of the village. There is a parking place in the immediate vicinity as well as catering facilities, hotels, guesthouses and an excellent leisure infrastructure. Note: The tourist information office of the municipality of Oybin will assist you in finding accommodation, if required. HYGIENE MEASURES The event will be held in accordance with the current Saxon Corona Protection Ordinance and the general decree ordering hygiene measures with a hygiene concept developed for the event. We therefore ask all participants to consider and adhere to the regulations laid down in the hygiene concept. However, markings may be missing or altered due to rain, wind, vandalism or fellow order-loving citizens. It is recommended that all trail run participants carry a GPX-enabled phone or navigation watch with the track/route data stored for each route. Participants who reach the cut off "Brandsteinweg/Wiesenweg" after 3:30 p.m. must change to the shorter 50k distance and run directly towards the finish. The first 6 M/W finishers in the overall race of each course will be honoured. Time to be announced on site, probably around 3:00 p.m. DISQUALIFICATION Disqualification will be given for leaving the course, not following the rules, not passing a control post, unsportsmanlike conduct or doping abuse.
