2019 is the 4th consecutive year of Yangtze River Three Gorges International Trail Running, and the event will countinue to upgrade this year. Since it co-sponsored by the national competition authorities, Yangtze River Three Gorges International Trail Running aim to build the most influential cross-country event in China. Focusing on the new idea of "go-out", "invite-in", and "sports culture and tourism" in-depth integration and development, the quality of the event will be further enhanced, the domestic and international influence of the event will be expanded, and finally realize the coordinated development of "culture and sports". This year, the organizing committee will continue to optimize the route of the event. The competition time is expected to set in early November, on the basis of the original 100km group, 50km group and 25km group, the local experience group will be added to achieve the goal of implementing the concept of national fitness.
