Startujemy z centrum Ochotnicy Dolnej, droga asfaltowa na dól, w strone Tylmanowej. Przez osiedle Ligasy nie oznakowana droga na Makowice, zielonym szlakiem na Luban, wbiegamy na wieze widokowa na Lubaniu, dalej czerwonym przez Przelecz Knurowska na Turbacz, zóltym na Miejski Wierch i czarnym do Bukowiny Obidowskiej. Ponownie zielonym szlakiem zbiegamy do Obidowej i podchodzimy do schroniska Stare Wierchy. Na prawo czerwonym szlakiem w strone Turbacza do hali Czolo Turbacza, gdzie zmieniamy szlak na zólty, zbiegamy na przel. Borek, wspinamy sie na Kudlon i zbiegamy ciagle zóltym szlakiem (a pózniej sciezka przyrodnicza) do Rzek. Z punktu zywieniowego w Rzekach wybiegamy na lewo, w strone przeleczy Przyslop, a dalej zóltym szlakiem przez Jasien na Mogielice. Zmieniamy kolor szlaku na zielony i przez Wyrebiska zbiegamy do Szczawy do punktu zywieniowego. Dalej czarnym szlakiem na Nowa Polane, gdzie zmieniamy szlak na niebieski i skrecamy w lewo na Gorc. Ze szczytu zbiegamy zielonym szlakiem przez Jaworzyne Gorcowska, a pózniej sciezka bez szlaku do przysiólka Chryczki i do centrum Ochotnicy Dolnej gdzie przez rzeke na METE.

The route starts from the center of Ochotnica Dolna, taking the asphalt road slightly down towards Tylmanowa. At Ligasy village it takes the unmarked road to Makowica hill, the green marked tourist trail to Luban, where the course changes trail and follows the red signs through Przelecz Knurowska until reaching Turbacz. Then it takes the yellow trail to Miejski Wierch and the black trail to Bukowina Obidowska. Returning to the green trail it then runs down to Obidowa and has a short but steady uphill to the Stare Wierchy mountain hut. Then the route turns right, following the red signs towards Turbacz, up to the Czolo Turbacza mountain pasture, where it changes to the yellow trail and then runs down to the Borek Pass, uphill to Kudlon and then down again (still following the yellow signs and the nature footpath afterwards) to Rzeki. After the water station the route turns left towards the Przyslop pass, and continues along the yellow trail through Jasien to Mogielica. Following that it switches from the yellow train to the green trail and goes through Wyrebiska village and Szczawa to the last refreshment point. The route then takes the black trail to Nowa Polana glade, where it switches to the blue trail. Soon afterwards there is a left turn and after some uphill the route reaches the top of Gorc. From the top, the route turns left, the signs change to green and goes down into the centre of Ochotnica Dolna (with an unmarked path at the end).
