Nepal's first 100 miler across the valley ridge and over the seven summits surrounding Kathmandu. Participants will have to compete the 175 kilometers and 12,659 meters of incline within the cut off time of 49 hours.
The Manjushree 50 miler takes the runners around the second half of the Manjushree 100 mile route. As participants will start 24 hours later, you will be able to run alongside athletes that are attempting the 100 mile race in a single push. The starting location is a small hotel in Jhule, where 100 mile participants will also be allowed to take a bit of rest and refuel before heading out for their second leg.
